About Lindsey

Lindsey is a 5th generation Colorado native. She grew up in Castle Rock with dedicated parents and three amazing older sisters. After high school, Lindsey ventured to Los Angeles to follow her dreams as an actress, professional dancer and singer. She also attended and graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Creative Writing. She prevailed in these endeavors while stoking her love of pilates and barre. After 12 years performing and living in LA, Lindsey's heart needed a move back to beautiful Colorado, where she married a lifelong pal. Family comes first for Linds! She and her husband have ten-year-old twins, son Hawk and daughter Harlow. Her kids are the epicenter of her world and she is grateful for the beautiful journey of motherhood. 

Lindsey’s hero, her father, passed away in May of 2024. He left her with inspiring and motivational memories, lessons, and philosophies that have led her to start Live Large with Linds. She believes her father was integral in her discovery and evolution with HeartMath, and the impact it has had on Linds and on this world. When Lindsey isn’t working with people, she is skiing, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, volunteering at her kids school, acting in a commercial near you, potentially singing with a music pal, walking her dog Hux, or hanging with her dear friends who enrich and feed her soul.
